Los mocovíes (o moqoit) son un grupo étnico desprendido del conjunto llamado guaycurú ( "guaykurú" denominación insultante que daban los guaraníes a las etnias pámpidas del Gran Chaco).

Los desafíos que enfrentan este grupo indígena en el reconocimiento de sus derechos ancestrales a la tierra, su cultura y el respeto a sus costumbres.
